"Our team is inspiring one another on a daily basis and the excitement is palpable."

What do you do in the food world and what do you love about it?
I am co-owner of Pammy's restaurant. Such a cheesy answer but I love making memories and every evening with our guests and our staff at Pammy's is just that- memory making. Shared joyful experiences are my Jam.

What moment or milestone are you most proud of in your career as an entrepreneur?
We just celebrated our second birthday and I have never been more proud what we are doing here. The bar is set really high and we are firing on all cylinders- you can feel it in our food, in our beverage program, and in our dining room. Our team is inspiring one another on a daily basis and the excitement is palpable.

What are your favorite items on the menu right now?
Ahhhh.. I have so many favorites, our signature bolognese is never is far from my mind. I’m a sucker for a spicy red meat sauce. But right now I’d say our chilled corn brodo is top of my list. It is served with baby heirloom tomatoes, lemon cucumbers, mouth watering croutons, some fresno peppers. It’s has all the elements- tangy, sweet, spicy, juicy, creamy, yummy- it really personifies summertime at Pammy’s

How do you resist the patriarchy?
I think clearly, I speak loudly and I never apologize for the space I occupy.

How do you see our generation of women impacting your daughter's generation? What are your hopes/dreams? I think we will see our first female President in this next decade and for me this is everything. When I was young I never thought a girl could be president. But my daughters see it differently, a female president is a reality. So I’d say my generation is doing something right.
